PhD students from our institute at the MEDPECS conference
The Doctoral Student Association, University of Pécs organised a Medical Conference for Ph.D. Students and Experts of Clinical Sciences on the 17th of October 2020.
Participants from various universities and clinics (University of Pécs, Hungary; University of Debrecen, Hungary; Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary; Semmelweis University, Hungary; National Institute of Medical Rehabilitation, Hungary; Mizan Tepi University, Ethiopia; Central European University, Hungary; Somogy County Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital, Hungary; University of Szeged, Hungary) prepared oral and poster presentations to introduce their latest findings about healthcare sciences. The event took place on the Microsoft Teams online platform. Participants from various universities and clinics (University of Pécs, Hungary; University of Debrecen, Hungary; Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary; Semmelweis University, Hungary; National Institute of Medical Rehabilitation, Hungary; Mizan Tepi University, Ethiopia; Central European University, Hungary; Somogy County Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital, Hungary; University of Szeged, Hungary) prepared oral and poster presentations to introduce their latest findings about healthcare sciences. The event took place on the Microsoft Teams online platform. The opening plenary lecture was delivered by Prof. György Kosztolányi from Hungarian Academy of Sciences entitled ‘Hot Topics in Clinical Genetics – Impact of Recent Discoveries on Clinical Practice’. The following 39 oral and 33 poster presentations were divided into 6 sections (Health Sciences and Health Economics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Basic Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine, Clinical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Psychology and Mental Health).
